In the late 90s, Olga re-joined Saatchi & Saatchi, London, shaping UK and EMEA creative for Procter & Gamble with provocative work for Head & Shoulders and adapting campaigns for the Eastern European markets. She soon became CEEMEA Regional Creative Director, utilising her bilingual skills and cultural background.
Olga’s work for P&G shifted the brand's perception and set new benchmarks for production value with iconic UK and European campaigns such as “Stay Faithful” and “Fresh Air.” She created campaigns featuring stars like Salma Hayek, Courteney Cox, Melanie Sykes, and the Men In Black franchise.
Leading creative development across 32 CEEMEA offices, including Russia, Turkey, the Middle East, Israel, and South Africa, Olga launched more than 60 campaigns across the region, collecting Cannes Lions and EFFIEs along the way. In 2006, Olga was commissioned to write and direct a long-form educational documentary on best practices in beauty advertising, “One Reality,” which was used internationally to train new teams on both the agency and client sides (DVD available).
