Olga's advertising career began at the newly opened Saatchi & Saatchi office in Moscow. Within a year she was producing campaigns for Cadbury, Pepsi, Sprite, DHL, Hellmann's, Knorr, and BAT, then created and led CIS launch campaigns for P&G brands like Comet, Ariel, Tide, H&S and Pampers.
After a spell at a budding agency — now Ogilvy — working on Rothmans and Coca-Cola, she re-joined Saatchi & Saatchi in London in the late 90s, shaping UK and EMEA creative for P&G with work for Head & Shoulders, like the Men in Black, and new P&G brand launches. Soon after, Olga became a Regional Creative Director (CEEMEA): bilingual and culturally fluent across several markets, she could run creative in different markets that usually needed a local fixer to translate not just language but intent.
Her P&G work shifted the brand's perception in the UK and Europe with provocative H&S campaigns like Stay Faithful and Breath of Fresh Air. She also created numerous H&S campaigns fronted by Salma Hayek, Courteney Cox, Melanie Sykes, and other celebrities – for the UK and international markets.
Leading creative across 32 CEEMEA offices — including Russia, Turkey, the Middle East, Israel, and South Africa — she launched more than 60 campaigns, picking up Cannes Lions and EFFIEs along the way. In 2006, P&G commissioned her to write and direct One Reality, an hour-long documentary on advertising best practice that went on to train new teams on both agency and client sides internationally.
In 2010–2011 she joined LOWE as Creative Director, International Clients, headhunted to relaunch Unilever brands across Russia/CIS. The standout was a Knorr campaign built on Real Taste, No Magic — a witty jab at Maggi that won a couple of EFFIEs and made the point stick. She also brought in the Raiffeisen Bank account and led LOWE's global rebrand.
Since 2011, Olga has run her own commercial directors' agency and creative production company in London, working with agencies, production companies and directly with clients – shaping creative ideas and leading campaigns as Creative Director, refining directors’ treatments and pitches, as well as producing. She has worked across Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. Freelance clients since have included MasterCard (McCann), KFC (Mother, London), P&G, Unilever, and Google, amongst others.
